• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, mystery boxes, and custom-made products are non-returnable unless received defective or incorrect

How to Start a Return

• Email us at info@wearukiyo.com with your order number and reason for return
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect
• For international orders, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping fees incurred during the return process

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• International shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery
• Kindly include clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us
